MAGNOLIA RESTURANT
Magnolia Art Experience (MAX) and the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, have partnered to present the new series of Magnolia Art Walk. Art Walk 2019 will be held quarterly on the last SATURDAY, from 4 – 7 pm in Magnolia Village, Seattle. To raise community awareness of work by Seattle artists and engage the public and the Magnolia business community, Magnolia merchants will provide venues for displaying the work of established and emerging artists. Works will be shown alongside retail products. During the event, an artist will be available at each venue to discuss the artworks, which will be available for purchase according to arrangements between each artist and merchant. The Art Walk organizers will help merchants and artists promote the event both before and during the Art Walk. Signs and detailed maps identifying all participating merchants will be available at each venue.

Protect Our Planet P.O.P.

Youth Art Show

And it's a wrap! Congratulations to Lucas M., whose Orca Whale painting, "Don't trash my home" (shown at right), received the People's Choice Award in this incredibly fun, first ever Youth Art Show. The MAX Team LOVED the art, meeting artists and their families, and seeing what the children feel is worth protecting on our planet. Let's keep the Protecting Our Planet thought process continuing now that the show is over! On that note, MAX is proud to announce Heron Habitat Helpers as non-profit recipient of our P.O.P. show art sales profits. We would also like to recognize and sincerely thank Artists and Craftsman Supply,
The Last 6000,
and The Nature Conservancy for their generous donation of gift cards / partnership of time and knowledge that helped make the P.O.P. Show an over the top awesome event.

Kid's Art Walk Night - July 27th - Rocked!

What a fun night – kids, we really enjoyed you and your boundless energy during the July 27th Art Walk. Special four-legged guest, Gigi, helped the MAX Team draw names from the bucket of stamped up returned passports and three lucky kids won baskets stuffed to the brim with art supplies courtesy of Michael's Interbay. We can't wait to do it again next year. Until then, keep making art!

Thanks Gigi
